Women struggle with low self esteem often because they have not been given the opportunities to focus on self-improvement. The San Antonio American Beauty pageant gives young women the opportunity to build self-esteem through training in etiquette, poise, clothing choices, how to impress with dress and how to dress with that professional look. Along with this training, pageant contestants represent San Antonio, make a difference through community involvement, and have the chance to win scholarship money to pursue higher education.


All contestants will learn how to work for what they want, image and acheive goals, and how to achieve success through organzation, planning and seeking sponsors. Friends and family are welcomed as well.

The San Antonio American Beauties Pageant is a official preliminary to the Miss Texas Pageant and to The Miss American Beauty Pageant.

Please turn in eight copies of the bio with eight 5x7 head shots by the deadline. Papers can be changed into colored paper as long as forms are not altered. Forms have to be typed or else they will not be accepted. Pictures need to be pasted to a paper and added to each as a cover sheet with the delegates name and title. Click here for Bio

Top 5 - on stage question.

Evening Gown: Must be floor length and an appropriate pageant gown - no gloves. (Samples)
Swim Suit: Must be a one piece and have a floor length saronge or wrap.
Interview: Must be a skirt suit (Samples)
Fashion: Outfit needs to suit your personality and can be made or bought. (Samples)

Younger Categories will be allowwed to wear eyelashes and make up during pageant. No lashes for interview and no flippers allowed during either interviews or pageant.
Hair peices are allowed but plase keep tastefull.
No parents allowed backstage.
